“e-learning” – is this the right way to flexible learning? |
Today’s Economy is being gradually transformed to a Knowledge Based Economy, where organizations and businesses progressively realize that their competitive advantages rely on their Human Resources, their expertise and their know-how. However, the speed of evolution depreciates the value of the employees’ knowledge thus, new, flexible ways of learning are needed for organizations and employees in their attempt to remain competitive and to grow.
The question:
“e-learning” – is this the right way to flexible learning?
is the topic of a Roadshow Conference that will be implemented in three phases, co-funded by the European Commission (DG Education & Culture), which will take place in Athens – Greece, Sofia – Bulgaria and Vienna – Austria, on three different dates.
Experts in the fields of SMEs and e-learning will try to answer the above question.
The first phase of the conference took place in Athens on Monday 14th February 05 - Read the Athens Agenda!
The second phase of the conference took place in Sofia on Monday 21st March 05 - Read the Sofia Agenda!
The third and last phase of the conference will take place in Vienna on Monday 18th April 05 - Read the Vienna Agenda! The participants will be able to view the results of the first and second phase, on-line through this official Roadshow website. You can also actively participate, with questions, suggestions and opinions, submitted on-line in real time by accessing our online community.
Participation is free, but there is a limited number of available participant seats and early registration is recommended.
